Colton's First Baseball Season

 In the out field. Coach is probably telling him to pay attention. It is hard, I guess, there is dirt to kick, birds in the sky, and people all over the place,

 See the boy in front. His name is Payton-first baseman. He is a VERY intense baseball player. In this league all the kids get to bat, and if you are on the opposing team and last to bat, you have a 99.9% chance of getting out and tagged by Payton. He is going to chase you down, even if requires running after you around all the bases and then blocking home plate.

Off he goes. I hope that he is delayed in learning how to ride fast, because he may disappear one day and I will find him at the park riding his bike.

Coltons Talk on Prophets

Colton gave a talk today in Primary it was on Prophets. I was unable to attend because Ashton was sick with a double ear infection and a yucky cold. So here it will go.

We are blessed to live on the earth when there is a prophet of God to guide us. He tells us the things Heavenly Father wants us to do. President David O. McKay taught us to have family home evening every week. President Ezra Taft Benson taught us to read the Book of Mormon everyday. When we do what the prophet tells us to do the Lord blesses our lives.

Snow in TX.!?

We woke up this morning and Colton said "We have snow like at Grandma's. It was true about 1-3 inches. We haven't the gear here, so they are in TX style gloves and boots (plastic bags).

Blue Hair

Ashton this morning woke up and had blue hair. We think that he jelled it with Coltons blue mouth wash. We asked Colton what he thought, he said "I think that he is just growing blue hair"

He has also been practicing his BB skill for the mini NBA.

No really though, he has been practicing his dribbling all day long. 

I think that he is better with his left hand now than his Daddy!

Prayers are "Magic"

Ashton was sick all week... Jeff of course was out of state to meetings, so the missionaries came over and gave him a blessing. Colton said that prayers are magic because Ashton was getting better.
